This singer is きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ(kyari- pamyupamyu). I wouldn't exactly call this song popular but it is pretty darn catchy. The singer is in advertisements on tv and magazines so lately she's popping up everywhere! Trust me, it will be stuck in your head all day in you listen to the whole thing.
